Herb van der Mark coordinates all dock, bulkhead and marine salvage operations with more than twenty years in that business. Both are residents of St. Johns County and both are experts in their fields. F & A Marine's General Manager is Mr. Ralph Elliott (Butch). And their Environmental Specialist is Karen Frenz.
